Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Cowbridge

Academics is currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in welcoming and supportive Primary Schools in Cowbridge. With increasing demand from local schools, we are looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals who can make a positive impact

The Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils in the classroom on a one-to-one and small group basis
• Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities
• Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• Support children with additional learning needs where required
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff

What we're looking for:

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable
• A patient, proactive, and supportive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS certificate
• EWC registration (or willingness to register)
